Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Returns

The Ohio University Alumni Association will gladly exchange merchandise or refund the purchase price* of Web store items. Exchanges are available for items purchased within 45 days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of merchandise purchase. Please read below for additional information.

Returned merchandise should be sent to

  Questions about a return may be sent to alumni@ohio.edu, or call 740-593-4300, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Include a hand-written note with your name, address, Email address, phone number, and order number. Please tell us the reason for the return.
• The Ohio University Alumni Association cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipment. It is highly recommended that packages be insured and are traceable.

Exchanges

Items being returned to the Ohio University Alumni Association for exchange must be in original condition and include a Returns/Exchange form detailing your request. A hand-written note with your name, address, Email address, phone number and order number will also be accepted. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.

Refunds

A full refund of the purchase price, in original form of payment, with a receipt, is available for items returned within 30 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition. Purchase price does not include shipping and handling or other additional charges

The Ohio University Alumni Association receives financial proceeds from the administrators that provide
benefit and service programs to our alumni. These proceeds fund alumni programs and activities.
