In 2007 the design students enrolled in the Junior Graphic Design Studio, Art 351 class, designed them under the direction of Professor Christopher Palacios. These cards were a result of a research project in the Junior Graphic Design class that focuses on color, color theory, and how color is reproduced from the digital image to the computer screen and finally to the printing press.
The class consisted of 18 students. 9 different note cards were produced. The Decorative Style was studied and represents a contemporary method used in the design industry.
Everyone who has purchased these cards is enjoying them and many have returned to reorder.
