Steeples of Athens Note Cards

  • Ten 4¼ x 5½ inch note cards and envelopes
  • Packaged in a clear lid box
In 2002 the design students enrolled in the Principles of Design, Art 250 class, executed these translations of the steeples, towers, and cupolas under the direction of Professor Don E Adleta. This class is an entry-level course of the Graphic Design curriculum of Ohio University.

This note card is such a pleasant way to thank a friend for a great dinner, tell a fellow colleague you were thinking of them or to rubber stamp with a holiday symbol or message, as it makes a great holiday card for classmates. Regardless of the reason, everyone who knows Athens enjoys a flashback to those icons that lace the City of Athens and campus skyline in the fall, winter or spring.
